Incepted two decades ago, RED has carved many masterpiece edifices at prominent locations of western Maharashtra. The company has not only created path-breaking residential & commercial developments but has added new dimensions to the industry. RED shifted its base to Pune in 2005.

Founder & Inspiration
Late. Ranjit Patil
(1971-2022)
RED derives its vision and foundational strength from its founder, Late Shri Ranjit Nageshrao Patil. His professional journey was marked by disciplined execution, principled leadership, and a deep commitment to responsible development. He served as the Vice President of CREDAI Maharashtra and as the President of CREDAI Sangli, contributing actively to the advancement of the real estate fraternity. His leadership extended beyond regional boundaries when he represented India at international business conferences in Austria and Switzerland, participating alongside the then Honourable President of India, Smt. Pratibha Tai Patil. The values and standards he established continue to shape RED’s philosophy, guiding its approach to planning, execution, and long-term value creation. His legacy remains an enduring source of inspiration for the organization.
